It’s made a HUGE difference. I can now bend my knees again without being in pain. I walk without my knees popping every step of the way. Consult with your doctor if you have concerns about your joints but this worked really well in my particular situation.

Must buy!
I had an elbow pain, more like tennis elbow, started using this for over a week and the pain has subsided. Went to the gym and did back and arms, no pain at all. Works great!
