I have received this product with good packaging. I am very much surprised to see its effect after using it for a few days. It's giving me good quality sleep every night. I usually take it one hour before bedtime. Happy to notice that this is a genuine quality product. In addition it is helpful in falling asleep quickly and maintaining the quality of the sleep with no side effects.

Fabulous!
Big fan of these, they help me sleep and give me interesting dreams. They taste neutral, if you accidentally burst the caps then it just tastes like sugar.

Must buy!

Terrific
I've been taking glycine now for a month and I can tell I sleep much better. I take about 30-45 minutes before bed and fall asleep in under 10 mins. I now only wake up once during the night when I used to wake up 2-3 times a night.

Simply awesome
Doctor recommended 3 capsules a day for soothing colon issues. She said the byproduct was better sleep. I have diverticulitis and it has eased the discomfort and has helped me get a good nights sleep. I take one in the morning, one in afternoon and two before bedtime. The extra for ease of sleep.

Worth every penny
Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying your product.

Terrific
I take these an hour before bed and I am sleeping through the night easily. No sleep drug hangover. I have had problems with sleep my entire life. Also helped me to sleep through without getting up to go to the bathroom several times (the way I usually do).
