Awesome
I liked the ease of calmness this product provides. It won’t hit you in the face like a prescription sleep aid does where you wake up unsure of what your life goals are and why you actually don’t have any.

I was a skeptic, now I'm a believer. It doesn't give you any kind of "high" like a controlled substance would, its just a feeling of calm that comes over you in about an hour or so. It lasts 8-10 hours. I will never, ever, ever go without this supplement again. sidenote: the instructions say take 1-2 caplets per day; I take 2.

Fabulous!
I had been taking it for 2 weeks with excellent results. I had forgotten about it for several months and just picked it up and started using it in stressful situations, or if I needed to drink multiple cups of coffee to be alert at my job. It does an excellent job at calming my nerves, and takes any jitters away when I drink coffee. It is a must if you drink multiple cups of coffee in a day.

I've been using L-theanine on and off for 10 years. I normally take one pill with my coffee. I haven't noticed any ill effects at all and do seem to have an increased sense of overall well-being and awareness. Of course, nothing beats a veggie or fruit smoothie to keep me going all day but this is one of the better supplements I've ever tried. Stay healthy everyone.

My doctor recommended these for anxiety and honestly I did not think that they would work, but I tried them anyway. All that I can say is WOW! I have been taking 2 per day for 3 weeks now and I feel such a sense of peace and calmness and I’m actually sleeping better. I had no idea that this could improve sleep so this to me is an added bonus. If you are trying to reduce anxiety with a natural approach, this will definitely help! It has been a game changer for me!!!!

Excellent
Been struggling with severe anxiety and depression and found it hard to goto sleep and stay asleep or even be productive during the day. Started taking 1-2 of these each morning and it helped. My boyfriend takes them at night but I prefer to take them in the morning.
