Pretty good
The Product is very good so far as it's just a week after installation. But the installation service is pathetic. They made the drill in the wall multiple times and out doar unit placed at wrong place. I have to change the position of outdoor unit on my own expenses though I already paid for installation charges. Very bad service from Durga Enterprise.

1st up ... The Delivery : 5/5
On time and hassle free delivery. Considering that I ordered it during the covid situation and that too in Mumbai, I was a little sceptical abt Flipkart meeting the timelines. But they did , so kudos to them. The delivery person even helped it move inside the house despite of all the restrictions.
Secondly... The installation. : 3.5/5
So I initially thought that the installation will be done by Jeeves, instead, it was the voltas engineers themselves who contact...
