Service not upto Flipkart Standard
It took 6 days to Flipkart to deliver this AC which is not a Flipkart's standard...I really disappointed..For installation as well i hv to fight with Flipkart and installation vendor to get it done as per convenience...Installation team doesn't look professional..Flipkart should give an option to install it fm local technician as so called Service engineers of Brand company are not at all professional in terms of work & knowledge... Too early to comment abt AC performance but its outdoor unit...

The product is excellent & so as the service.
It was delivered on the date & time flipkart promised me.
The installation was also smooth & with standard charges (Rs.1250 for installation & 750 for wall mounting bracket).

Flipkart Delivery was good Jeeves Installation was bad
Pros:
1. Good looks, has a beautiful big hidden temperature display in the indoor unit which shows temperature when the AC is switched on
2. Voltas sales and service is easy to contact
3. Both the indoor unit and outdoor unit is heavy and sturdy
4. Cooling performance is good, on par with more expensive 1 ton LG AC's
5. Power consumption is great, it consumes only slightly more power than a 1 ton 5 star AC (Since I also have a 5 star Sansui AC was able to compare)

Slightly disappointed
installation crew was very unskilled....
Can't fix outer unit to external wall...then I ask for another technician... N he completed d process....They also charged money....
Overall product looks Good Except Remote....
The Remote seems very Dull.. VERY POOR QUALITY REMOTE ... No proper night glow buttons on remote. In d products of 28K they give Chip remote of 200 Rs. Very chip

Coolest Product
Pros: I got product effectively at much cheaper rate than market price. Works well. Features are good. Trust of TATA is also there. Upgraded to 5 years comprehensive warranty as purchased during offer period.
Cons: Installation is done by JEEVES and not by Voltas people. Very annoying people are from Jeeves. Ruthless installation. Asked for extra charges but I didnt give!

First piece that arrived had a crack on the bottom of the AC and second piece has a remote that doesn't show proper display
Very loud! I did go through the reviews before purchasing, did not pay much heed to it, now i know this was a mistake, it makes a lot of noise. The fan option hence, is always kept to minimum. Ceiling fan is quiet compared to this AC. The piece that arrived first had a crack, sent it back immediately and the second piece that came had a remote that is not giving a proper display, in fact no display at all. Do not purchase this product, not worth the money.

so far so good
i been using this ac from last 18 days and i would say it is meeting my expectations till now.i bought this product in 32K from flipkart. delivery and installation was easy although installation guys charged Rs 3500 extra.
i installed it in hall of 800 sq ft approx and it takes only 10 mins to cool down entire hall.

*Remote has a radium buttons which is useful at night time operations
*all material required for installation (except outer unit stand which i bought for Rs 500) are included...

cool ac
bought it for 27k from wsretail..the package was neat and it was promptly delivered...as for ac it was nice one since many of the ac's in market doesn't hav minimum temp of 16' c in this price range...it cools down my 16*11 room in few minutes..totally happy purchase!!

Wonderful
The product is very good, it delivered within two days after the booking, installation also done in next day of delivery, installation person is very skilled they did it well, they charged Rs1500 for installation and Rs 750 for stand. My 12×12 room cools with in 10 minutes.... Excellent performance by Voltas AC. Thank you Flipkart and Tata.
