Slow yet steady

Initially cause of its one ton capacity the cooling sensation would be little slow, but it picks to cooling really fast.Quite a great quote for a 2 star rated product. I replaced my 1.5 ton AC with this product yet no complains in cooling. I rated it 5 star as the product was shipped quite efficiently to a place EKart logistics doesn't exsist..Thanks Flip kart.

Installation woes

Major part of review is based on installation experience. AC just got installed today and will update this review the AC based on usage experience.

I would like to point out delivery was faster than expected. But installation happened after 1 week of delivery after i escalated the issue.
We have a very good electrician and were asked not to use him because that would make warranty void (common, really). Anyways went ahead with their team for installation. I had already gotten all the electri...

Good Product but Bad Service

Even after more than 10 days of repeated reminders to Flipkart and Voltas when nothing happened , got the installation done on my own.

Too Noisy,Cooling inadequate

AC was making too much noise right after installation.Asked for replacement of the AC using flipkart return and i was assured that the technical team will visit my place.But the issue kept getting escalated and finally I am living with the AC.
Pros:
1.Saves energy

Cons:
1.Loud : May deprive you of sleep if you are a light sleeper.
2.Inadequate Cooling: 1 ton of capacity should be sufficient for a 10x10 closed room but it takes 2-3 hours to effectively cool the room

Would not recommend!

Product is great, Flipkart Messed up big time

Voltas-5 Stars. Flipkart Customer Service-1 Star. Flipkart being clueless about where the product is- Hilarious.
The product was delivered as promised, product was in a good condition, and delivery happened a day before the estimated delivery, so far so good. After this Flipkart was unable to send out a message saying the installation needs to be done.
