Excellent AC but problem is installation support

I hv ordered this ac on 7th may nd got delivered within 24hr.delivery was excellent.B4 even delivery flipkart arranged local 3rd party fr installation support.there is a precautionary notice on voltassite any ecommerce site likr flipkart is not authorise voltas dealer.I called voltas customer care but they told they will provide installion nd warranty support after checked nd installed by their sevice engineer.They r not responsible for any faulty product or parts missing used one if any fr t...

Don't buy, don't buy, don't buy

Don't buy this one. In fact don't buy frlipkart at all.
I unfortunately bought it faced so much trouble.
1. I ordered an ac from them on 19th april,2016. From 21st they startd showing in their website that the product has been delivered whereas I received it on 23rd april. multiple complains and still they haven't changed the date. Everyday they(flipkart + voltas) will just give me lies and excuses. Idiots and scumbags all over the place.

Q:I can't decide between a 1 & 1.5 ton AC. How do I select the ideal capacity for my requirement?

A:The capacity required is mostly dependant on your room size (say 1 ton for 10x10ft & 1.5 ton for 10x15ft) This will ensure that the AC is effective. Refer to our buying guide to find your perfect fit.
