worst experience this time with Voltas AC really disappointed. Outer unit stopped working suddenly, after 2 days mechanic came to fix this issue but same day outer unit caught fire and AC stopped working. Really disappointed with AC and service.

Product was delivered timely but due non response from instllation agency the item could not be insttalled by 7-8 days ultimately I got installed by other local technician initially the AC was not functioning and Technician checked the problem and found that Indoor Unit was faulty. He then rectified the fault and then the AC was functional.

Good Product. But worst experience with installation, totally unprofessional guys and screwed up the whole things. Better to buy a same AC from known local shop for better service.

I'm stunned at the defective unit sold to me. It didn't cool right from the onset. After numerous technical visits by the Voltas people I'm now back and forth with Voltas customer care to get this sorted. Flipkart should pay attention to the seller and its quality. Such big machines require better return policies. With such an ordeal I'm never buying appliances from Flipkart anymore though I have had a good experience with Flipkart for other products.
