Several quality issues within the first year
I am extremely disappointed with this AC. I purchased this for my parents hoping that the quality will be good enough for them to get some use out of it in the hot summers without having to worry about things breaking down. We've had such good experiences with some other brands like LG and Samsung. Not this one. Within the first few months, the blower attachments that direct air stopped working. Then the water started to leak in the room, and now the AC is not cooling at all...my parents have...
