Got it for 23999 at a sale. It's been just a week since the installation but till now the AC is doing a wonderful job, cooling a 16ft by 10ft room fast enough in a city like Chennai is praiseworthy. Yet to see it working when the temp outside is 45+ degree but for now its doing its job pretty well.

Got delivery within 2 days as per schedule. Ac cools a 200 sq ft room in 5 mins. May be a better operational review can be provided in coming months.

The only thing one needs to be aware is that the ac has an aluminum fin for the outdoor unit. Rest all is perfectly good.

Product was delivered on time, AC installation guy followed up promptly for installation slot.

Mine was one of the toughest installation on 18th floor, with condenser pipe need to be routed through false celeing of both the bathrooms. Moreover the installation need to be done standing on window shade just 1.5 feet wide. The guy who came for installation went out with harness and did an awesome job.

I still haven't used the product that well, to rate it comprehensively.

I have bought this product now almost a year ago. It is working very fine. Room gets cooled in less than 8 minutes. I have availed the voltas warranty free service also. Initially the voltas local service engineers denied to do the free service. Later i argued and made them to do the free service. Now 2 free service done and very much satisfied with the product. Initially the installation was also done perfect. Overall good product
