Hated it!
To all customers, pls be aware that Flipkart delivers different model in place of this. I received 134 model however I ordered 134_V1 with Netflix.... poor show by Flipkart.

Useless product
The TV is fine and I see light bleeding in the corners on black screens. I kept waiting for the installation for months. they sent me a message with the phone number to contact for the installation and demo. I called them several times, they kept answering and told me that they will come today, tomorrow it went on going for a month. Flipkart's service is the worst, making false claims like hassle free installation and demo. Even the delivery of the product was after one month pf waiting.

Missed a delivery by a day thats why it is 4 , which caused confusion for elderly who cant decide their travel plan,otherwise great purchase and good product

Substandard and defective product !!!!!
In just 3 months time, the TV stopped detecting the WiFi connectivity. Though the service personal replaced the mother board, the TV is still non functional in terms of detecting WiFi connectivity.
Secondly, the TV automatically reboots & switches from standby to play mode - strange behavior.
I was promised replacement of the unit a month ago by the service personal - no news from them as of today !!!!!
Very disappointing experience so far :-(

Hated it!
i bought VU 55SU134-V1 form FLIPWORLD in Flipkart, but they delivered 55SU134. i raised refund request on 23rd of this month, but till now no one come to collect it and no one is responding on this issue. i am calling every day to the customer care people, always they are saying we will address this issue in 24 hours.
