I took this TVs demo 20 days before launching @ vu centre Mumbai... Since then I always knew I wanted this product... This is absolutely marvellous Product.. let it be pictures quality...Sharpness...Colour... Everything superb... Wonderful
important update after months of usage. Vu doesn't do any software update. A major issue is that there is a significant delay in the digital audio. so integration with sound systems won't work well. It is definitely a wonderful buy at this price point. Following are my observations after two days of playing around with it:

Order TV on 5th Sep'17. Delivery and installation was lightening quick, my TV was ready the next day :-)
Coming to TV, to be frank I'm feeling no difference between big brands and this awesome VU TV. Was in doubt for last 2-3 months to go with VU or not, but I'm very happy and no regrets at all. My entire family is loving it. Superb clarity and sound is proper for a big hall.
Default Apps and options which comes with TV are well enough for the entertainment.

I bought this TV with a lot of apprehension, sincev I was not absolutely sure if this TV would deliver HDR content via a PS4 PRO, since the panel only supports 450 nits and the panel specification on the VU site says it is a 8 bit panel. (The 65 inch has a specified 10bit panel). But once I hooked up my PS4 Pro and chekced if the TV would handel a 2160p RGB input with a full spectrum of RGB colors, boy this TV did it with Ease.

Certainly value for money but not the best product
I have purchased 55 inch VU 4K Smart TV (Pixelight HDR).
For Delivery, I will give 5 star. It was a superfast delivery.
It was delivered within 24 hours.
For product, I will give 3.5 star.
The clarity of picture is good. And sound quality is also good.
Two major issues I am facing with this tv are:

4.sound is perfect for living room conditions if kept high in the range 75-100.

A:No in-built stabilizer in TV.
You need stabilizer and techinician during installation comes along with new stabilizer but you have to pay for that.

A:It has high brightness level and HDR mode is auto. So we cant change and HDR option not available in settings.

Q:Which one is better, Android based or the Opera OS based? The opera based has HDR10 whereas the Android one hasn't. The Android based is better in terms of apps support as it has Google play store.
A:The important thing is picture quality rather than OS because you buy android TV box if the OS is not an Android but you can not improve picture quality anyway.

A:The VU TV runs on Opera operating system. If you are looking for android you can get a 4k airtel android box and attach to this TV. This VU model is the best picture clarity TV.
