Worst experience ever!
It's super fine so making hard to swallow even with water as it stucks & gets mouth super dry like choking us just as all the powder do if know what I mean so basically just ruined the purpose & now taking it with milk/honey somehow because its dissolving only in both those things as I could think of nothing else to take it with.
