Cooking Instructions | - Marination: Mix 400-500 grams of Chicken pieces (with or without bones) with 100 grams of thick yogurt, add 1 tsp Salt and keep it aside for minimum 1 hour in refrigerator., Mix the entire content of Chicken Tikka Masala Curry Paste in 500 ml (3 cups approx.) of hot water and mix well. Let it stay for 10 minutes., Add marinated Chicken pieces and bring to boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes or until Chicken pieces are tender and required consistency of sauce is achieved., Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
