Great product
Product is great. Only problem is it locks only at 90 degree angle and not on any other angle however we can recline it till any angle but can’t lock it there. But rest fit feel and everything is comfortable great for someone with back problems. Installation and delivery was very fast. Overall very happy with the product

Hated it!
This chair didn't last for 6 months, the back rest was broken..wakefit quality is very bad and they dont provide any after sell service. Only lots of advertisement .I'd a bad decision to buy this chair

Very poor
The chair's back support broken after 1 year of usage. Also, I was facing many problems earlier like irritating keen keen noises when rotating the chair, wheels not working properly and back lock not firm and stable.
