Good quality product
It's decent chair with attractive look. Plastic/PVC used is of average quality but it does your work.
I have been using it since 3 days and found no issue. Request to wakefit if they can make armrest of little more rigid quality then it would definitely give consumer more confidence sitting on it . Rest all things are fine and I give 5 star for looks and 3.5 for quality of material. Overall it's decent item.

Could be way better
I basically got this to do office work. Though the chair feels comfortable initially but if you are sitting for more than 30-45 mins, you will have neck pain and little back pain. The seat cushion length is short, not suitable for medium size guys.
