Nice product
The shipping and packaging was good. Have been using this pillow for a couple of weeks mainly for working on bed with laptop. It is a medium firm pillow with just enough support. Didn't face any issue so far. Just one feedback, it could have been taller so that it could provide neck and head support as well.
