Memory foam is just 0.5 inch at top z should be atleast 2 inch.. getting too much neck and shoulder pain

It's comfortable, as expected. The foam is not too hard, nor too soft & will not deform even after being used by a person having considerable weight. It comes with a removable cover which can be washed. Overall, a good purchase from a brand company with a good customer support mechanism in place. After a week of purchasing the pillow, I got a call from their executive inquiring about the product and my satisfaction with it. Wakefit has surely recognised what customers truly care about.

Nice, but the cover is for warm weather only. I normally put a towel on it to use.

Pillow is comfortable and usable in multiple situations and positions.

The product is good and made of high-quality materials and will be very good for back support but I bought this because it claims to help with acid reflux and sleep apnea which I am not fully satisfied with as it is not comfortable for sleeping the height is a little too high for comfortable sleep should fix this or stop making such claims
