Cycle built and material is excellent. Ride is comfortable. With same specifications other brands will cost 50% more.

I was having some minor issue with cycle tuning and I called customer care. Their response is also good which is +ve point. I would recommend this Cycle.

The best in the price point online.. returned urban terrain ut2000 due to many reasons and bought this.. and worth the upgrade

Perfect

As mentioned, the mountain bike came fully assembled. Only had to attach the pedals and straighten the handle bar.
However, key disappointment for me was that the wheel/disc brake alignment was bad out of box. Imagine the constant rubbing on disc brake when riding. Spent 4 hours trying to align/trying the wheels and now it rides great.
Also, the right brake is set to stop the back wheel whereas left brake stops front wheel. This is opposite to what we are used to in India and will requires...

Product is value for money. but its really sad to see that i ordered the same bike at price of 13999 last week and now the seller is selling at 11k :(

Overall it's smooth ride and good option under 15k price range..
