Extemely thin staps maintain exactly its dimensions even after extensive use. How to Use: 1. Using a spring bar tool, remove the spring bar from both sides of your watch. 2. Place the strap over the watch(rear side of the dial) and put the spring bar(s) back into its position. 3. Slip your hand through the loop made by the strap and adjust the size of the strap by moving the metal keeper. 4. Moving the metal keeper towards the watch head makes it tighter and moving towards the opposite direction makes it looser. 5. Use the hook to catch the keeper.
