    Very poor

    Product is not getting detected..
    One month after purchasing, I have probably plugged in less than 10 times and now it's not
    getting detected on any laptop.

    Plugged in chime is audible, it shows in system tray for safe removal but just doesn't show up in drive . Do not purchase WD product, they don't have service centre and when your hard drive is crashed, they will not take any accountability for data recovery
