Got the driver today morning, delivered in just 3 days, which is pretty sweet

After a few hours of use, have to say works flawlessly with both my mac and my pc. time machine backup works without a hitch. And getting pretty good transfer rates. I'll update my review after a few weeks of use.

I received the portable disk some days back and has been in use. The installation was actually very easy since I just had to connect it and cancel the found new hardware pop up window while the disk installs itself. The quick guide however does not give any information on installation and the proper guide is on the disk which can be seen only after installation. i have used this product and so far no problems. i like the security system on the harddisk it save ur information. more over its quiet handy and 3.0 usb gives it the edge in the over other harddisk.

Now about the WD My Passport -

Pros -

1) Very small and good looks.
2) Super Silent.
3) Great Transfer Speed.
4) Transferred 370 GB - No Heating.
5) Good Addone Services by WD.
6) Nice Cable length.

Cons -

1) You can easily see ur finger prints on the HDD, have to clean it again and again.

Overall - Better than Seagate Backup Plus and other HDD under 6K.
