The WD My Passport is a compact and spacious external hard disk that lets you store your digital files securely. Featuring USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity, this 1 TB wired hard drive allows you to access and save files at a fast speed. With the Auto Backup feature and the WD Backup software, the WD My Passport automatically backs up your laptop’s or computer’s important files to keep them safe in case of a system crash. Bought 1TB one.
First of all thanks to flipkart for early delivery but disappointed because of moderate packaging. After that coming to product.
At first time for 4-5 times the write and read speed was very less about 40 MBps and I thought that the product is damaged but after that the speed just went on.
Read Speed- 100-150 MBps
Write speed- 70-90 MBps
Using USB 3.0
Not checked with USB 2.0.
Why use 2.0 when you have 3.0.
