Must read for all young citizens

Great book, wonderful illustrations. Children love it, they find the language easy to read, they enjoy the illustrations. Very creatively done, excellent partnership between writer Leila Seth (who in her intro tells children her grandchildren helped her write the book) and illustrator Bindia Thapar. Must read for all young citizens.

Its wonderfully simply written and presented. The quality is excellent and very reasonably priced. My 8 yr old was very happy to read her queries for herself about such a difficult to explain subject.

A very basic book for children

First, few words of caution :
The book is only 40 pages long. It describes the preamble of the constitution in such a way that even children can understand the meaning of it.

OK, now that you know what you get for the price you pay, let me get to how the book is. In one sentence, it is a perfect book for the Ist or IInd standard kid you know. It is colorful, simple and self-explanatory for a 5 yr old.

Do you want to spend 113/- on it, is a choice you will have to make.
