    Great product

    My friend suggested me this. He is using it for quite good time. As a night shift person I recommend this for weekends as we never able to sleep on time on weekends.

    Not working for me... giving me a headache and un freshness in the morning...it is not suitable for me
    Although it relaxes ur muscles..... it's not like u will instantly sleep....takes time...for me it took too much time..
