I was not sure in the beginning if buying online a product like refrigerator was good idea but I took the chance and I have had the best experience. the delivery was done with precaution , the company engineer was sent the same day for demo and installation. the manufacturing date of product is recent and there is no damage or quality issue with the product.

Built quality is good, design is also good. I expect better durability than SUMSANG. One important thing it requires "voltage stabiliser" It is mentioned in manual.

It is not convertible like Samsung is offering rather I would say it has different useless modes that avg homemaker don't use it often.
Demo installation from whirlpool was pathetic technician simply don't have any idea of modes refrigerator is offering. I just told 3 modes(Normal/Min/DeepFreeze) and demo was done, Seriously?
