Excellent washing machine with great features, Whirlpool is a clear winner in the variety of wash function it offers, very powerful motor and a five star rating.

1. Water receiving valve is a piece of waste engineering.
2. Installation guy comes only to sell his extra gears for extra money. Don't let him go unless you test fill the machine with water. It has happened with me that he somehow shows you the demo and after 15 mins water starts leaking.
3. Machine should have some manual time setting function. Even the express button has fixed timing.
4. Washing is good. Clothes get really clean.

Flipcart want new machine they will not take your old machine in exchange

Machine should not have any scratch.
Machine should be in working condition.
Machine should not have any rust.
There should not be any dent.
There should not be any damages internal or external means they want new machine in exchange with 10%or less price..
My old machine which flipcart rejected due to above conditions was taken by whirlpool service engineer with more price that offered by...

If you are looking for exchange then forget it. They only exchange with brand new item No dust No minor scratches. Also got some issues with installation, i have to wait 4 days for installation. Overall product is good, many more features.
