I am using it from last 15 days and so far it is working good and clothes are also getting cleaned nicely. installation also done on time. In offer I got it in 15740.
You will never get in built heater washing machine in this price range that too from whirlpool.

Pros:
1. Value for money
2. Quick delivery and installation.

Cons:
1. Exchange value is not much( Inspection person will take advantage of your situation and will demand money for small small fault. If you don't agree then they will say to keep it with yourself- that came as surprise). Please avoid exchange option if you can sell it to someone else giveaway to you house helper.
2. Smooth closing lid option not available.
3. Hardware water button is for Cleaning/descaling of drum. Not a opti...
