    Useless product

    Machine is too harsh on clothes, tears them apart. Moreover clothes get entangled badly with each other in every wash, gets difficult to separate them.
    I had bought it as it comes with an in-built heater but this machine comes with tumble wash which I think is harsh on clothes.
    I realized it after a month use and now Flipkart is not taking any responsibility. Regretting my choice.

    Slightly disappointed

    Poor installation service by Samsung. Flipkart delivered product on time but Samsung's installation not done in committed time.

    Good quality product

    So using the machine for nearly 2 years now, i would day the product is life saving. Less usage of detergent, more clean clothes, the heater works wonder on stained collars and cuffs. The only drawback is its 2 main wash program: Stainwash and Antibac consumes hell lot of time and detergent with less amount of clothes. These functions does not allow any change or selection of amount of water and time.
