Flipkart is good in pre-sale service but post sale will literally test your patience even if they are at fault.

I have not purchased it from Flipkart.

For last 2 years i m only facing problems
1. Sensors
2. Panel Problem
3. So called 360 which works in thr advertisements only

They will never replace ur product. if they agree to replace they will ask near about 8000 for changing. As its thr policy.

No GO for this product

Delivery was not on time. Neither we got any intimation for late delivery. I had to raise it to flipkart. This is really bad when product delivery was not on time. Further we need to follow up for demo and installation which was also delay. These brand name are fail to deliver proper service to the customer.

Do any one know ho wto reduce the time of express wash , as earlier it was 33 min and now my machine is showing as 44 min.
