Good
It's taking too much time for any washing programme, which is not expected. Even dry only also taking more than 30 min. From relatives experiences it was understood that other company like LG SAMSUNG are taking that much time. Hot water option is not satisfactory.

Delivery was fast but installation tool 3 days.
Machine has hard water wash feature but what they don't tell is it requires a filter for which they charge extra 2000/-.
So add that to the cost. In my opinion that misleading marketing. However machine is good. Satisfied with the product.
