Very light and mixes easily in water with a spoon. Tastes good and no after taste or bloating. No added sugar or sugar substitute. I've tried coffee as well. It's also good ,but a bit sweet.

Taste and smell is very bad. My digestion was also affected.
FYI- Use any protein powder if you are involved in intensive muscle building which only few people do.
