Terrific purchase
i tried putting photo ..but Flipkart have some bug .....whatever the protein is good i fear from protein cause i head many cases of having piles from protein .but this one was good 15gram is less but that's the point . ..

Taste good but not value for money. It's a mix of whey, with economically cheaper proteins like casein and raagi. Precise Information on protein quality in terms of PER, BV, or amino acid score is not provided. It contains a high amount of sugar in the form of Jaggery, Sugar-free product would have been better.

The taste is really good, and I don't feel heavy but i dont know if this was original protien, it doesnt mix that well, and has some residue at the end always left that might get a bit harsh in throat, Can the whole truth confirm if this is normal???
