Worth every penny
It's the best device for your health monitoring
Initially you feel the product on ur wrist but as time goes by it the only fitness product you would wear on your body
For me I feel whoop band is perfect for my requirement as I don't like to wear digital display products

So, far loved the accuracy of it. Loved the fact that it is personalizing my body metrics to calculate the actual stress/ recovery I need. I have a Garmin FR955 and an Apple Watch Ultra 2.
