This product is genuine with good quality material.
I recommend this product if you are looking for a backpack for travelling.
But if you are looking for a laptop as well as clothes then you need to think because this bag has 2 compartments
one for clothes and
second for smaller things like documents,paper and other utility materials.
If you plan for clothes as well as laptop then you should pack both in one big compartment.
Wish it had another partition.

Amazing backpack. Used it for 5 years in all the rough conditions, in rain, in sun, in train, in buses, everywhere. It has a tough construction and it has lot of space inside. Got no cushion at the base though.

This bag is built to survive the rigours of everyday use.
Thick uniform stitching all around.
Well designed straps distribute the load even when the bag contents weigh around 7 kilos.
More space than in a Space Shuttle:)

One star less:
On extended exposure to rain the contents of the front pocket tend to get damp.
The strap lengths were not uniform, not a functional problem, but it looks awkward ( I guess it is a one off manufacturing defect)
