Nice but the pouch is too length

It took one month to deliver the product. In fact, I had to call the customer care to follow up on the delivery status. They promised to deliver after three weeks after the original order date. To make it worse, the courrier was unprofessional, and didn't deliver to me rather left the parcel at the security gate without informing me.
