Let me start with Cons first:
1. The actual color shown in this picture is little different what actually it is. The orange and grey is little dull in look in actual. Here it is shown as very bright.
2. Bottom has pad support only or the laptop compartment, not for all pockets.

So, if you want a colorful funky look, don;t go for this. But if you are not, then it is a very good buy IMO. Here are the Pros:
1. Extremely light weight.
2. Quite big, almost any size laptop can fit it.

Pros:
1. Material is tough.
2. Sufficient (not enough) space
3. Chains and grip are good.
4. Light weight
5. Decent Look
6. Good back cushion. Feel so comfortable in the back.

Cons:
1. No internal cushion. So you need to be careful if carrying laptop ect from dropping
2. Should be more internal space and pockets
3. Chains should be lockable
4. Outer pockets are not of more use because of its lase cover
5. Should be a pocket to put water bottle.
