    Awesome

One of the best breathing books and very persuasively written. What I like about Wim Hof is that he has no high airs although he holds more than 25 Guiness world records including walking barefeet on Mt. Everest among others. He has developed his method from personal experience and achieved remarkable results. What is more compelling is that anyone can emulate his exercises and achieve better health, endurance, resolve and what have you. I whole heatedly recommend buying this book.
