Jack Welch distills in 280 pages , what being a leader means ? Being a leader does not mean that you have to be have all the answers . Its simply a matter of having the right vision .
I finished reading it twice already and ready one chapter everyday before going to bed.

It's like a complete Management course.
Some topics maybe too advanced for new graduates and Startups, like starting a new company within your company or Merging, or even Six Sigma, but all in all great advice.
