Pretty good
So basically it has compounds which reduces estrogen n increase progesterone.
I took it for slight imbalance in progesterone as i had bit spotting 7 days after ovulation due to low progesterone but after taking 2 gummies per day after ovulation it reduced breast tenderness, also spotting.
It has only 10mg of chasteberry extract so won't be effective if someone has really high level of imbalance like pcod/pcos but may regulate their cycle.
