Delightful
I read this book and according to my conclusion it is not that efficient for an upsc aspirant. You can study the overview of the continents and the country but it's not very detailed. I would say it's a factual based book and not a conceptual based book.

Value-for-money
This is one of the best available book for upsc world geography preparation. It is written in easy pedagogy and in chronological order with sufficient number of maps for better understanding. In addendum, one can say that it's a glimpse theoretical world atlas for competitive exam preparation.
