I'm using it for more than a month now.. it helps in reducing belly fat. but again. it will not work until nd unless u hit the gym ND control ur diet.. it's like combo effect of ACV+Dieting+Exercise =weight loss.. if u think Apple Cider Vinegar is enough to control ur weight u r wrong. it will not reduce even 500g. of it. u have to control diet Nd along with this exercise.. just use 1 tablespoon of it in lukewarm water in empty stomach in morning ND same in evening after meal.

I followed diet, i exercises for long , i tried nimbu with luke warm water, jeera water, ajwain water and lots more,,,,,, but the effect this ACV had shown on my belly fat was magical, infact i did nothing , i just remained active through out the day , and it reduced my belly fat just within month.... And a little more conscious for what I'm eating... And it cut my that belly fat which sticks to my belly since last 1year 💝💝
