TROUBLESHOOTING How to Connect The Power Strip To Smart Life/Wifi 1.Download “Smart Home” on your phone, and activate the power strip 2.Enter the app and press the “+” mark on the right upper corner of the UI 3.Select Multiple Socket 4.Find the little toggle(reset button) on the front next to the power cord, press and hold it for about 5 seconds until the little indicator light starts flashing and please make sure your WiFi power strip connects to the same 2.4GHz WiFi as your phone does 5.If the indicator is blinking rapidly(2 times per second), then then you could follow the guide of the app and connect your phone with the power strip, if it’s flashing slowly(1 time per 1~2 seconds), then please click on the AP mode on the top of the connection interface then connect the power strip with your phone Alexa/Google Won't Identify Each Outlets •Amazon Alexa 1.Enter Amazon Alexa APP on your phone(Make sure you’ve downloaded Smart Life APP) 2.Find “Skills” by clicking on the left upper corner 3.Use the searching bar to find Smart Life 4.Disable skill then enable it again and finish following processes 5.Enter Smart Home section, find it by clicking on the left upper corner 6.Click on Smart Home Skills •Google Home 1.Enter Google Home APP on your phone 2.Find “Home Control” by clicking on the left upper corner 3.Click on “Manage account” on the right upper corner 4.Find Smart Life and finish following processes The AC Outlets Aren't Working Please connect the power strip to "Smart Life" APP and activate the outlets remotely, or you can hit the reset button to turn them on.

The product is good. I don't think there are any problem connecting it it's was easy.
3 stars are only for the package from the seller , it was kind of open may be for checking purpose that mit have open it but the didn't repacked it properly .
Go for it . It's bit costly but few penny for good product always worth .

Q:can i use command like " on the water heater 6 AM ?
A:yes. you'll have to link it to your google home and name the socket water heater. then you can use voice commands. or you can use the native app to set an on off cycle.
