The NOR gate is a universal gate that is used to design the entire logic circuitry and it gives a complemented output of the OR gate which means it gives a high output when both the inputs are low. This Circuit contains the slider switches followed by a diode for input and when the slide connection changes the inputs according to the truth table the LED is used to display the output followed by a resistor.
