Phyllanthus emblica, also known as emblic, emblic myrobalan myrobalan, Indian gooseberry, Malacca tree, or amlafrom Sanskrit amalaki is a deciduous tree. All parts of Amla tree are useful, its leaves, roots, fruits, seeds, bark, and flowers are used to prepare a variety of items like juice, chutney, jam, infusions, lotions, concentrates, herbal teas and other natural concoctions. Amla fruits are the richest source of Vitamin C. PRETREATMENT: Seeds are soaking in water for 24 hours or Seeds are put it in cowdung slurry for 48 hours . GERMINATION PERCENTAGE ; 90 – 95 %
