Amazing product.Using this product in my muscle gaining phase ,,it's been two days I am consuming this protein and started feeling recovery,,, I used to feel pain in my muscle which is now settling since I am consuming YNB beginner's protein...looking forward to see more amazing results...It's a must if you are a beginner or at your gaining phase.
