I liked the product...usually take it along with milk for my breakfast, good breakfast with less calories and good taste. I found the taste of honey and jaggery as well. Probably contains all of those sweeteners, After eating this , you are no longer to eat something else till noon because its pretty heavier.

First time tried Dark Chocolate oats, and I loved it. Tastes so much better than regular oats and this one had raisins and seeds. Its gluten free also. Makes for a delicious chocolatey breakfast!
