I have many types of oats and of different companies but this is the best one till now. It is not only healthy and rich in protein but it is also great in taste. These high protein oats fulfill my daily protein needs. All the gym guys,just go for it. I eat it in breakfast before going to college and also add it in my banana shake that I drink for bulking.
