One of the best oats, I have ever tried. Super crunchy with incredible taste. Great for weight loss as it is glycan free and is 100% fibre which is easy to digest. These oats are rolled which make it more tastier than simple traditional oats. I would recommend everyone to try it out by yourself.

Q:Can I make it without milk (just boil in water)?

A:Yes you can, I would advice you boil it for 2-3 minutes and take it off after it becomes Soft and slightly mushy.
