You should try this product of Yoga Bar, a true healthy product which meets their claims, there is really "no added sugar", it tastes like pure seeds and nuts.
Further a small amount of it with milk can make your tummy full even when it's healthy. I consume it in the morning after the workout as my breakfast.
So, I would say it's a must try as it's value for money too.

It has dry fruits, nuts, seeds and real fruits with no added sugar and made up of 100% natural ingredients. It's a great breakfast option. It is rich in protein, fibre and source of omega 3. Dried mangoes and bananas are very tasty. These rolled oats are rich in protein and fibre which makes it super healthy and delicious. Highly recommended.

One of the tastiest oatmeal I have had is this one. The best thing is the dehydrated fruits and berries. Loaded with variety of nuts and seeds. Once soaked in warm or hot milk it's flavour just enhance and makes it more tasty and the fruits tastes as if they are fresh fruits.

Worth every penny
I liked this oatmeal and it is rich in dryfruits and all the fruits which is good for health and this is sugar free and rich in fibres ...taking this as a breakfast and evening snacks will improve health much better and give you a proper diet also...I just loved it ...and I recommend everyone to try this.

Honestly it's brilliant combination of taste and healthy product. It contains real fruits like mango and banana and many dry fruits. Usually if you eat oats you have to eat with just half heart but with this i found a perfect breakfast with full of fruits and dry fruits.

I have been having oatmeal daily for breakfast since i have been trying to lose weight and oats for breakfast instead of gluten based wheat recipes is better. What i liked about these oats was the taste, it contains real alphonso mango chunks, nuts, seeds, raisins, blueberries, goji berries and other berries and fruits which is a wholesome diet for maximum vitamin and mineral intake and there is no added sugar and all this at such a reasonable price.

Great product
It is a unique food product. taste is like the combination of mango and banana which is awesome. Prepare in milk and add some honey to taste it better. Add more milk for Soup or less if you need Pudding type food. Only a small amount is needed and it is the best food to stop hunger.
